We do not ask for, and you should never provide us, your seed phrase, private keys, wallet passwords, or full financial account credentials — by phone or any other channel.

Our website itself does not include contact or lead forms. It may use standard analytics and advertising tools (for example, Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors reach the site and which calls originate from ads. These tools may collect:

• Approximate location (city/region level, from IP address)
• Device and browser type
• Referring page and search terms that led to the ad
• Whether the call button was tapped (call conversion tracking)

We retain call records and any notes taken during support calls for 1 months for quality and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
