Terms of Service

Last updated: [insert date] · BMR INFOTECH

1. Who we are

BMR INFOTECH ("we," "us," "our") provides independent technical support services for computers, mobile devices, software, and connected hardware, including troubleshooting help for wallet applications and hardware wallets. By calling us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do — and don't do

Our service is limited to diagnosing and fixing technical issues: software installation, app errors, sync failures, device connectivity, and similar problems.

We do not:
  • Access, hold, transfer, or recover cryptocurrency or other digital assets on your behalf
  • Provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice
  • Act as an agent, representative, or authorized support channel for any wallet, exchange, or hardware manufacturer
  • Ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet password, or full account credentials — you should never provide these to us or anyone claiming to be us

3. Not affiliated with any brand

BMR INFOTECH is an independent business. We are not MetaMask, Trezor, Ledger, Coinbase, or any other wallet, exchange, or hardware brand, and we are not endorsed by or acting on behalf of them. Any references to third-party products are for descriptive purposes only, to identify the software or hardware we can help troubleshoot.

4. Service calls and pricing

"Diagnosis of your issue over the phone is free of charge. If a fix requires paid work — remote support, a follow-up visit, or parts — we'll quote you the price before any paid work begins. You are not obligated to proceed after hearing the price, and you will not be charged for the diagnosis call itself." Any cost will be communicated to you before work begins. You are not obligated to proceed after hearing the price.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We'll do our best to diagnose and resolve the issue you describe, but we can't guarantee every issue is fixable remotely or in a single call — some problems require hardware replacement, manufacturer support, or in-person service beyond our scope. Examples of "common calls" shown on our website are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee of the same outcome for your issue.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your device/software issue
  • Do not share account passwords, seed phrases, or private keys with us
  • Back up important data where possible before remote support sessions

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BMR INFOTECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of data or funds that occurs independently of the technical support provided.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
